Sally B. Balram, CHRL, Principal Consultant

Sally Balram has over 20 years of experience as an Executive Administrator and HR specialist in large organizations. She has excelled in Expert Project Management, was an HR Generalist/Business Partner, has Certification in Training Design, and has a firm grasp on the concepts of Business Development and Delivery.  A forward thinker, she is committed to continuous learning and is an ambassador of change.  She has outstanding interpersonal skills and has worked closely with senior management, department managers and employees of all levels for large organizations. During her most recent tenure, she was the first point of contact for all HR matters for 98 locations in Ontario and Western Canada for almost six continuous years, holding a track record for positive outcomes to HR issues. She currently works out of Caledon, Ontario and offers her services to all companies requiring professional HR services.


Andrew Balram, HBSc, Marketing and Business Development Manager

Andrew has 5 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals industry, undertaking various roles in portfolio & pipeline development, marketing & advertising and B2B relations. Andrew graduated from University of Toronto with an HBSc. in comparative physiology and biomedical communications. Andrew is passionate about quality client relations, focusing on superior customer service, versatility and accessibility, and identifying customized services for individual organizations that exceed industry standards at affordable costs.


In addition, the team at Forward Thinking HR Services Inc. has over 30 years of combined experience in insurance, manufacturing, warehouse distribution and pharmaceuticals, and retail and transportation in both unionized and non-unionized organizations.
